Lovely light to medium bodied palate of ripe cherry, fresh plums and white pepper. Earthy characters and tar also in the mix. The palate structure is that of a typical Nebbiolo; displaying the firm, drying tannins that the variety is known for.
The sixth release of Nebbiolo from our Lenswood site. With vine age and more experience with the variety, we continue to see this wine improve. Drinks well now and will do for 6-8 years. Perfectly matched with roasted quail and mushrooms.
